She helped me rent the house out for a few years and as the market started to become stronger, I decided I would like to sell It. Mahsheed helped me find a contractor since I live out of town and we did some remodeling to the home. As soon as It was done, Mahsheed listed It for about $200k more then I purchased the home for and we had multiple offers right away. The buyer was great and the closing was smooth with no issues. Mahsheed is very experienced and knows what she is doing which is important for me as an investor to work with someone I trust knows real estate and investments. Thank You to Mahsheed and her team.

Ever since I first spoke with Mahsheed on the phone I knew that I had found my real estate agent I had been looking for. She is so knowledgeable with every aspect of real estate, always responds within a timely manner, and super easy to get along with. I was looking for investment properties and she never once pushed me to buy and places and only gave her honest opinion on every property I looked at. She even persuaded me away from properties that might not have been the best investment for me. You can’t find that in most agents. Most will just try to persuade you buy anything you like as fast as possible. So to have that trust and loyalty means the world to me. I have worked with her for two properties so far and anyone looking to buy in Las Vegas I highly suggest that you work with her.
