Since I do not live in Nevada, it was very helpful to have a realtor who could provide turnkey service throughout the sale process. She suggested improvements that needed to be made prior to selling the property, informed me about the various utility companies that I needed to engage with, etc. She was also very effective in pricing and marketing the property, and negotiating the sale agreement. This is the review for another property I bought from Mahsheed in 2016. From the time she has shown the property till the closing, she is with us every step of the way. There has been many obstacles since the offer is made and accepted. The issues with HOA, owners and our mortgage company are too many to list. This has been the hardest place to buy in my life.
