As the owner of successful brokerages in Las Vegas and Southern California, I’m proud to have consistently ranked in the top 1% of realtors in Las Vegas. My journey wasn’t handed to me—I didn’t come from a wealthy family or a background in real estate. I didn’t have a team providing leads or guiding my steps. As an independent agent, I had to take initiative, learn the ins and outs of the business, and figure out how to succeed through my own efforts. When I first started, I lost everything and faced a tough decision: either make it as a real estate agent or move back home with my family. I chose to create my success from the ground up.
