Diane is originally from Southern California where she attended high school and college in Los Angeles. She became a mother early in life to two daughters, and had her last daughter at 39. She worked in sales then transitioned to being a loan officer in the late 1990’s for 10 years. Diane decided to also get her California real estate license in 1999. She enjoys working with first time home buyers to help them obtain their goal of being a home owner. She also would help her clients repair their credit so they could qualify for a mortgage loan. Her love of helping her clients obtain their dream of home ownership makes her job as a realtor very rewarding.
Diane has lived in Las Vegas, NV two years and has had her Nevada real estate license for two years as well. Her business partner is her daughter Priscilla, and they are the Gonzalez Garduno group. Diane had many Spanish speaking clients in California, and speaking Spanish has been a great asset in real estate. Diane received the best agent award as well as closing the most sales in the brokerage she worked with in California. The majority of her business in California was referrals and she worked full-time in real estate.
Family is extremely important to Diane. She has three adult daughters and five grandchildren. Her husband is her best friend and they enjoy the many activities Las Vegas has to offer. She has passed on her love and knowledge of real estate not only to her oldest daughter that works with her, but also to her oldest granddaughter who is a successful realtor in Southern California. When Diane is not working, she enjoys cooking and spending time with her family and her cats.
