I was referred to Mahsheed by a friend of ours in California. We decided we wanted to move from the Bay Area to Las Vegas and didn’t know the areas very well. Mahsheed spoke with us on the phone and gave us some feedback regarding different areas. When we came into town, one of Mahsheeds agents, Robert, met with us to show us properties. Robert showed us about 10 homes. We offered on one then during the inspection time we decided It was not for us. Mahsheeds Team, took the time to show us more properties and we found the house we LOVED in Desert Shores, put an offer and got It accepted. We moved to Vegas from California and we are so happy with our house and our Realtors. Mahsheed and her agent Robert are very professional and conscientious about their business. They work very hard to make their clients feel special. They always returned returned our calls, emails and texts very fast, which made this move much smoother and easier for us!

I met Mahsheed through a google search over 2 years ago when I was looking to purchase my first condo. I called her and she instantly answered the phone and was on top of my search for me. I ended up offering on a place that same week on a listing she already had. I love my new condo! I needed to find a new place asap and a friend of mine referred me to Mahsheed and said she could work quickly and get me exactly what I want in a short amount of time. I contacted her and worked with her right away and she helped me through the whole process. She was very friendly and knew her stuff so I trusted her right away. There was a little issue with necessary repairs and she made sure they got done prior to closing. I really love my condo and am very pleased with Mahsheed and her team. We met Mahsheed almost 10 years ago and have been working with her as our realtor ever since. She helps us lease and sell a few of our high rise condos. She found us a great tenant who paid an entire lease up front for one year within a few months of having one of our penthouses for lease. I found Mahsheed through google and right away based off her website and the info I read about her, I knew I found my perfect Realtor and I was right. She was very professional and very responsive.
