I called Mahsheed after a friend of mine referred me to her. It was a Friday evening and she answered and was quick to go to work with what I told her I needed. I was purchasing site un seen so I trusted her to view the high rise condo for me. She checked the comps and the price and we put an offer on the exact one i was looking for right away. The seller was very firm on price and would not negotiate. I thought the deal was dead. Then after a few days Mahsheed called me and said she got the price I needed! She somehow was able to convince them agent to convince the seller to come down on price and make the deal work. We closed within 45 days and the whole process with Mahsheed and her assistant was very smooth and easy. They were on top of everything. Mahsheed sent me a thoughtful card which was a very nice gesture. We closed and she took care of the keys and making sure I had a copy of the keys and the deed. I enjoyed working with her and know I could trust her. She really knows the market and knows how to make a deal happen and that goes a long way with me. We sought her out as our agent for our first home purchase based on her extensive experience, her valuable industry & local knowledge, and her reputation for having the utmost integrity. We are newer to Las Vegas from Cali, so having a trusted agent to advise us was extremely important. Mahsheed was there for us every step of the way through the entire process. As new home buyers, it was very stressful at times and there was a lot we didn't know, and she was right there to walk us through everything and make sure we were completely taken care of. If we texted or called her, she was so responsive it brought peace and ease to the process. When we were under deadline, she pushed and made sure it all happened on time. It was my pleasure to recently buy a house with Mahsheed. We hit it off from the get go! She was so patient with both my husband and I as we traveled from the Bay Area in Ca. to purchase a home in 55 over community, Sun City Anthem. Mahsheed was able to counsel us as far as the the most popular one's. We are older and needed a lot of Patience on her part teaching us how to use Docusign. It was very easy to communicate with Mahsheed as we looked for the perfect house for us. As we talked to each other and shared life experiences it became very apparent she was very respectful of her elders. Since we live so far away and my husband had a recent surgery. We we're thrilled that Mahsheed arranged for a notary to visit our home in Ca, to sign the closing papers. We were able to close on the house from our home while Mahsheed walked through the home saving us an extra trip to Nevada. We really came to trust her judgement and honesty. We are so glad and lucky our paths crossed. If we need a Real Estate Broker in the future, we will definitely use her services again. Thanks Mahsheed again from the bottom of my heart! I met Mahsheed through my wife a few years back and instantly noticed shes very smart when it comes to real estate. So when it came to buying our new property, I knew we had to contact Mahsheed. I gave her our pre approval letter and she instantly put us on a saved search. She asked me a lot of questions about what I was looking for. After a few months the perfect home appeared. She called us and told us about it and we set up a time to go view and we knew this was the home. We offered and after a few counter offers we got a deal that worked for us. Mahsheed was at the home inspection and made sure we got all our repairs done by the seller. She was on top of the lender making sure all was done on time. Appraisal and underwriting etc. She was really on top of it all which helped us make the process easy and not stressful. We closed after 30 days and we absolutely love our home. We are very happy working with Mahsheed and her team as well as her lender. This really is our DREAM HOME!

I was referred to Masheed by a family member of mine and oh boy am I glad I listened! My husband and I decided it was time to get out of the overly congested Bay Area of California. My husbands commute got to be too much and the cost of living was insane! We were introduced to Masheed at the end of November and I knew right away I was in great hands! I was referred to Mahsheed by a friend of ours in California. We decided we wanted to move from the Bay Area to Las Vegas and didn’t know the areas very well. Mahsheed spoke with us on the phone and gave us some feedback regarding different areas. When we came into town, one of Mahsheeds agents, Robert, met with us to show us properties. Robert showed us about 10 homes. We offered on one then during the inspection time we decided It was not for us. Mahsheeds Team, took the time to show us more properties and we found the house we LOVED in Desert Shores, put an offer and got It accepted. We moved to Vegas from California and we are so happy with our house and our Realtors. Mahsheed and her agent Robert are very professional and conscientious about their business.
