Mahsheed made the whole experience so quick and pain free! Husband and I initially wanted to build a home but with Mahsheed’s help, we actually found a resale that was EXACTLY what we wanted, with the plus side being thousands of dollars in savings (this house is highly upgraded — everything done!) and the biggest bonus was NO 8 MONTH WAIT for the house of our dreams. For our previous house with a different realtor we were suckered into way overpaying (blindly trusted), so we really came into this not trusting her at all, thinking she would try to be shady and just get her cut like our previous realtor. But she quickly won us over, her knowledge of the industry, her honesty, and advice on the best path for us to take was clear and a huge, HUGE relief (especially for me). We are so happy to have found her and will be coming back to her expertise for our future real estate needs!! Also, she is always, ALWAYS there for you. Any believe me, we bombarded her with hundreds of questions! Seriously!
