Mahsheed has been great from the start! We had to renovate one of our rental units to capitalize on the market rent in the area. She set a target number for what she thought was appropriate market value and BAM hit it with a homerun within the first 2 weeks of being on the market. Mahsheed is responsive, committed, valuble, dedicated and an amazing human. She is there at a blink of an eye with answers to all my questions. I will be seeing her on TV one day =). Thanks!!!
