I called Mahsheed after a friend of mine referred me to her. It was a Friday evening and she answered and was quick to go to work with what I told her I needed. I was purchasing site un seen so I trusted her to view the high rise condo for me. She checked the comps and the price and we put an offer on the exact one i was looking for right away. The seller was very firm on price and would not negotiate. I thought the deal was dead. Then after a few days Mahsheed called me and said she got the price I needed! She somehow was able to convince them agent to convince the seller to come down on price and make the deal work. We closed within 45 days and the whole process with Mahsheed and her assistant was very smooth and easy. They were on top of everything. Mahsheed sent me a thoughtful card which was a very nice gesture. We closed and she took care of the keys and making sure I had a copy of the keys and the deed. I enjoyed working with her and know I could trust her. She really knows the market and knows how to make a deal happen and that goes a long way with me. I will be purchasing more with Mahsheed and selling with her in the future. She is a great broker and an even better person. Thank you Mahsheed!
